This policy explains what personal information this site collects, why, and who helps us handle it.

Harbor Hound Bakery is responsible for the personal information you give this site. The site runs on BowlBase, which handles that information on Harbor Hound Bakery's behalf, only to run the site.

What we collect

• Your details: name, email, phone and delivery address, when you order or create an account.
• Your dogs: the profile you build (name, breed, age, size, allergies, preferences) so we can suggest treats and remember them.
• Your orders and bookings: what you bought or booked, when, and how it was paid. We never see your full card number.
• Messages to our chat assistant: what you type, and your dog's profile when you have one, so the assistant can answer.
• Photos for breed identification: a photo you choose to upload is sent for breed identification and then discarded. We do not keep it.
• How you use the site: simple records such as which help pages are opened, so we can make the site better.

How we use it

• To take, prepare and deliver your orders and bookings, and to email you about them.
• To suggest treats that suit your dog.
• To run your account and keep it secure.
• To answer questions you send us.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who helps us

These companies process information for us, only to provide their service:

• Supabase stores the site's data and runs sign-in.
• Stripe takes card payments.
• Anthropic powers the chat assistant and writes treat suggestions. It receives your messages and your dog's profile.
• Nyckel identifies a dog's breed from a photo you upload.
• Resend sends our emails.
• Our hosting provider runs the servers the site lives on.

Cookies and storage

We use only what the site needs to work: a cookie that keeps you signed in, and storage in your browser that remembers your cart and the dog you are building a formula for. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and order history while your account is open, and order records as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete your account.

Your choices

You can see and correct your details in My Account. To ask for a copy of your information, or for it to be deleted, contact Harbor Hound Bakery at harborhound@deeptreats.com.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. The date of the latest change is shown on this page.
